However, please understand that there may be instances where the delivery of the product is delayed due to factors beyond our control. In such cases, we assure you that we will take all necessary measures to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

• Small Cities: 3-5 days

• Outside Areas: 5-7 days

Product Dispatch Time: Within 0-1 days, with a maximum of 7 days.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from Inkston Corporation. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a refund policy with certain deductions for legal documents or services provided. Please note the following details regarding refunds:

Customer-initiated refund requests or cancellations due to customer errors during the ordering process will be subject to a deduction of 10% plus a processing fee and applicable shipping charges from the total amount.

If a customer requests a refund after their order has been dispatched from our side, the refund will be subject to a deduction of 10% plus a processing fee and shipping charges from the total amount.

To request a refund under this policy, please contact us within the first 24 hours of making your payment. You can send an email to inkstonsales@gmail.com. We will process a refund of 100% of your fees within 7 days of receiving your refund request, provided the return request is made within the first 24 hours of your payment.

Please note that the refund process may vary depending on your bank, and we appreciate your patience. Once we receive the returned product in a re-saleable condition, we will promptly issue the refund from our end.
